SHIPPING & RETURNS

Multiple Orders will have the shipping cost on the second order and on be refunded to the buyer.

We do not offer returns due to the current environment of sealed products in the TCG community.  Of course our clientele comes first, so if anything was wrong with the products or not as it was shown, do not hesitate to contact us at Bigpackpulls@gmail.com

 

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
